Custom Publishing

Avaline maintain fully committed advertising support representatives from our Bushey office, and in appropriate instances, we are capable of paying the entire publishing cost of a client's magazine through ad sales; in other instances, advertising revenue provides valuable cost offsets to client publishing budgets.

We understand the need to keep core costs down whilst at the same time developing the individual message to attract the appropriate supporter. Each client is unique - and so are our solutions.

We create communications tools built around the strategic objectives of our diverse client base. Working in partnership with our clients, we never suggest solutions to the challenge without careful diagnosis of the need. Each assignment begins with a detailed discovery phase that documents our understanding of your business goals, brand position, message, and . . . target audience. We are here to help promote and build customer loyalty.

Avaline manage the prepress production, manufacturing and distribution responsibilities for most of our magazine and newsletter titles, we also fully supervise the printing, mailing and shipping of each publication. How We Charge...

Project Basis:
Avaline provide an estimate of the project cost based on your specifications. Once the estimate is approved we require a 50% deposit based on the original estimate, due prior work commencement. The balance is due when the project is completed. For changes to the original specifications by the customer after work has begun we will provide an additional estimate reflecting these changes.

Consulting Basis:
If you prefer, Avaline may work with you for a set monthly fee. This service is based on a set number of hours per month on an annual contract.
